研究方向

能源生物技术,酶工程,合成生物学,水生生物学。生物柴油制备关键技术、工程化及产业化,生物柴油及油脂高值化技术和工程化应用;脂肪酶基因工程、发酵工程、蛋白质工程、结构生物学、酶固定化新技术,以及其在生物能源、保健食品、生物基新材料、手性药物拆分及新型精细化工品合成等领域的应用研发;合成生物学,磁生物学及场(磁)敏感元件、细胞工厂、生物水泥、生物智造;自然态和胁迫态下水体生态系统结构与功能及其动态演变过程,生态能量学及生产力生态学、精细食物网构建、水体微生物群落结构动态及其在物质循环(特别是有毒物质分解)中的作用、生态毒理学。

 

近年的科研项目、专著与论文、专利、获奖

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目5项/国家重大战略项目1项(首席科学家)、国家重大战略项目课题1项、专题项目2项;国家863计划重大项目课题1项、重点项目课题3项、专题项目重大课题1项目;参加国家基础科学人才培养基金1项,国家863计划重点、面上项目课题5项,国家“十五”攻关重点项目2项,中国工程科技发展湖北研究院重大咨询研究项目1项(负责具体实施,主持课题1项);主持其它部门、省、市及企业委托项目30余项。发表学术论文350余篇,其中SCI收录170余篇,累计影响因子达460余点,H指数25,同被检索为Hot paper 和 Highly cited paper的论文 3篇;主编/参加编撰教材、专著16部,包括参编英文专著4部,其中2部为英国百科全书。申请国家发明专利16项,授权5项。1项成果选入迎接“十九大”的“砥砺奋进的五年大型成就展”,并被中国革命军事博物馆永久收藏;获得全国防治SARS指挥部科技攻关组“抗SARS先进个人”称号,获“中华预防医学会科学技术奖”二等奖和“中华医学科技奖”二等奖各1项;指导本科生获国际iGEM竞赛全球金奖3项、全球银奖2项,国际“Biomed”竞赛全球银奖1项;全国“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖1项,湖北省大学生“挑战杯”竞赛一等奖1项。获宝钢优秀教师奖、湖北省高等学校省级教学成果二等奖1项、校教学质量一等奖、校教学成果特等奖1项,校教学名师、《普通生物学》课程责任教授、湖北省精品共享课程《普通生物学》负责人。入选国家重大战略项目首席科学家、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、湖北省杰出青年人才计划、湛江市产业领军人才计划、华中学者特聘岗。
