团队简介:

团队于2000年组建,经过多年发展已建立起一支知识面宽、技术力量强、合作良好的科研团队,现有教师、博后、博士、硕士研究生35人。团队于2008年被科技部授予国际科技合作基地称号,与英国洛桑研究所、日本国立农业生物学研究所等单位建立了长期的科研合作关系。团队先后主持并完成国家转基因生物新品种培育重大专项、国家“863”计划、“973”计划子课题、科技部国际科技合作重点项目、国家自科基金等多项国家级课题。

实验室建筑面积约2,000平方米,拥有三间植物生长室、15平方米的低温实验室、150平方米的玻璃温室和300平方米的网室以及试验基地,拥有完备的基因分离、基因表达、作物遗传转化(小麦、水稻、玉米、高粱、烟草)和功能鉴定等研究平台和仪器设备,已形成植物基因工程、基因功能研究、作物品质研究和植物整合多组学四个科研平台。

团队的研究方向:

团队聚焦“植物功能基因组学与营养健康”这一核心方向,致力于理解植物感知内外部环境因子的基本过程和分子机制:包括感受外部干旱、盐害、极端温度以及内部的营养和信号分子等。与动物不同,植物因其固着生长特性,进化出了精密而复杂的机制来感受并适应各种不同的内外部环境因子。了解植物对内部营养状态的响应、与外部环境的互动以及在基因表达和代谢水平的调控至关重要,这将为应对气候变化、粮食与能源安全提供潜在的解决方案。团队改良植物对内部能量和代谢的调控以及对外部信号的响应与耐受,进而创制出更加适应气候变化、更加符合营养健康需求和粮食安全的智慧植物。

团队近年来的主要研究成果发表在Plant Biotechnology Journal、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Journal of Experimental Botany、Food Research International、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Frontiers in Plant Science等国际知名植物学期刊,主要支撑了我校“农业科学”、“动物学与植物学”两个学科保持国际ESI学科排名前1%。
