In the morning, as usual, we were divided into three groups, and each of which had a different task. This is the last experimental day in our research journey, and we are all looking forward to successfully completing this experiment. In the cell staining experiment, we first collected cell samples, and then carried out cell fixation and staining. By observing the stained cells through a microscope, we can see the internal structure and characteristics of the cells, which is very important for the study of cell function and disease mechanism. Our team members cooperate closely and assist each other to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment. At the same time, two other teams are conducting PCR experiments. PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is a technology used to amplify DNA fragments, which is widely used in gene research and molecular diagnosis. This experiment requires precise experimental operation and patience, because each step is crucial to the accuracy of the final result. The team members operate carefully to ensure the success of each PCR reaction.

After the experiment in the morning, we left the laboratory and went to the Louvre, a famous attraction in Paris. The Louvre is one of the most famous art museums in the world and one of the landmarks of France. Located on the banks of the Seine, it is one of the most important cultural and historical heritages of Paris. The architecture of the Louvre is spectacular and beautiful, with a rich and diverse collection of art inside. The museum displays works of art from ancient times to modern times, including paintings, sculptures, ceramics, jewelry, etc. We strolled along the exhibition hall and enjoyed the masterpieces of famous artists, such as Mona Lisa, Freedom to Guide the People, etc. Every piece of art exudes a unique charm, which makes people intoxicated. In the Louvre, we feel the power of art and the greatness of human creation.

In the afternoon, we visited the ruins of the Paris Commune. The Paris Commune was an important event in French history at the end of the 19th century, and it was a symbol of the proletarian uprising. We came to the monument of the Paris Commune and learned about the history and significance of the Commune Movement. The Paris Commune represents the struggle of the working class for rights and equal rights and interests, which is of great significance for understanding French history and social change.

By visiting the Louvre and the Paris Commune, we had an in-depth understanding of French culture, art and history. This research trip not only broadened our knowledge, but also made us feel the charm of different fields and the greatness of human wisdom. We will bring this valuable experience back to school, to share it with our classmates and inject new impetus into our learning and growth.
