今天上午是实验的第二天，我们小组的三个人分别做不同的工作。首先是生物信息的工作，主要是为了分析微生物的DNA序列，利用计算机程序对序列进行分析。再是离心的工作。我们将水样放在离心管中，在离心机中进行离心，经过离心之后水样分成了沉淀和上清液两部分，我们弃去上清，保留沉淀，沉淀中就包含了我们所需要提取的水中微生物的DNA。另外就是观察的工作，昨天我们进行了微生物的平板划线培养，今天我们将培养基上生长出的微生物取出，进行染色观察。在显微镜下，微生物呈现出各异的形态，大部分是圆形或椭圆形，还有鞭毛等结构。

下午两点左右，我们乘坐大巴车前往Genopole（法国基因科学园区）。它位于Evry附近，专注于生物疗法、遗传学、基因组学、后基因组学、异种生物学和生物技术产业的发展。在20世纪前后，它以参加了人类基因组计划而闻名于世。

在Genopole工作的几位不同领域的负责人员为我们介绍了他们的工作。同学们都听得十分认真，纷纷对专家们提出了自己的问题，并与他们交换了名片。这是一项意义非凡的活动，让同学们对于尖端技术有了更充分的认识。

晚上我们邀请了法国的同学和老师来参加活动。这是来法国之后第一次完全由我们中国学生准备安排的活动，目的是缓解一天实验和参观的劳累并宣扬中华传统文化。我们为法国朋友设计了很多充满乐趣的小游戏，第一个便是让法国朋友通过甲骨文的象形文来猜测其意思。法国朋友意外地精准猜中了大部分的题目，可见古人设计象形文的伟大智慧。最令人影响深刻的游戏是中文传话。我们挑选了一些词语教法国朋友发音，让他们传达给下一个人，整个过程既滑稽又可爱。王语诺同学的全英文脱口秀给了我们所有人一个惊喜，不仅惊讶于她的英语表达能力，其中幽默的语言更让中法两国的大家都哄堂大笑。最后结尾的是成语故事新编，我们让法国朋友根据开头逐个续写故事，最后讲述其本来的剧情与寓言，可能并不惊艳，但大家都沉浸在了古老的故事之中。

This morning is the second day of the experiment, and the three members of our group did different tasks.

Firstly, the work of bioinformatics is mainly aimed at analyzing the DNA sequence of microorganisms, using computer programs to analyze the sequence. Then there is the work of centrifugation. We place the water sample in a centrifuge tube and centrifuge it. After centrifugation, the water sample is divided into two parts: sediment and supernatant. We discard the supernatant and retain the sediment, which contains the DNA of the microorganisms in the water we need to extract.Another aspect is the observation work. Yesterday, we conducted plate culture of microorganisms, and today, we took out the microorganisms growing on the culture medium for staining observation. Under a microscope, microorganisms exhibit various forms, mostly circular or elliptical, with structures such as flagella.

At about two o'clock in the afternoon, we took a bus to Genopole (French Gene Science park). Located near Evry, it focuses on the development of biotherapy, genetics, Genomics, post Genomics, xenobiology and biotechnology industries. Around the 20th century, it was famous for participating in the Human Genome Project.

Several leaders from different fields working at Genopole introduced their work to us. The students listened very attentively and raised their own questions to the experts, exchanging business cards with them. This is a meaningful activity that has given students a more comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge technology.

Tonight we invited French classmates and teachers to participate in the activity. This is the first time that we Chinese students have prepared and arranged this activity completely since we came to France. The purpose is to alleviate the tiredness of the day's experiment and visit and promote the traditional Chinese culture. We have designed many fun games for French friends, the first of which is to let them guess the meaning through the hieroglyphs in oracle bone inscriptions. The French friend unexpectedly accurately guessed most of the questions, indicating the great wisdom of ancient people in designing hieroglyphs. The most impressive game is Chinese Chuanhua. We selected some words to teach French friends how to pronounce, and asked them to convey them to the next person. The whole process was both funny and cute. Wang Yunuo's all English talk show surprised us all, not only by her English expression ability, but also by her humorous language, which made everyone in China and France burst into laughter. At the end, there is a new compilation of idiom stories. We have French friends continue to write stories one by one based on the beginning, and finally tell the original plot and fable. It may not be surprising, but everyone is immersed in the ancient story.
