今天我们到实验室对昨天在枫丹白露森林里取到的水样进行分析研究。Abdelghani老师为我们讲解了我们实验的整体流程，主要分为微生物实验，分子生物学实验和生物信息学分析三个部分。
在讲解完本次实验的目的、步骤和要求后，我们就正式开始了今天的实验。首先进行水样微生物观察实验。Gilles教授，Abdelghani教授，Sylvain教授和刘剑淼教授在实验室为我们提供指导，大家看起来都得到了不错的结果呢。
然后在Abdelghani老师的讲解完后，我们将水样中的微生物接种到培养基中，培养水样中的微生物。我们将在明天对培养好的细菌进行分子生物学分析，提取其DNA进行测序，并且通过生信方法进行研究。
下午我们一起设计了明天晚上和法国的同学们一起聚餐的小游戏。与此同时，iGEM的同学和老师一起讨论了项目的具体安排，推进项目的进行。
晚上我们享受了极具特色的意大利风味美食，和法国同学一起进行了听歌识曲的游戏，随后便由各位老师和同学献唱歌曲，大家都沉醉于这样美丽的夜晚，期待明天充实的生活。
Today we came to the laboratory classroom to analyze and study the water samples taken yesterday in the Fontainebleau Forest. Mr Abdelghani explained to us the overall process of our experiment, which is mainly divided into three parts: microbial experiment, molecular biology experiment and bioinformatics analysis.
After explaining the purpose and steps and requirements of our experiment, we officially started our experiment today. We first conduct water sample microbial observation experiments. Professor Gilles, Professor Abdelghani, Professor Sylvain and Professor Jianmiao LIU have been providing us with guidance in the laboratory and helping us when we need it. Everyone seems to be getting good results.
With Mr Abdelghani 's explanation, we inoculated the microorganisms in the water samples into the medium to cultivate the microorganisms in the water samples. Tomorrow, we will conduct molecular biological analysis on the cultured bacteria, extract their DNA for sequencing, and conduct research through bioinformatics methods.
In the afternoon, we design a game to play with French students tomorrow night. At the same time, the students who participated in iGEM also discussed the specific arrangement and the progress of the project.
The evening started with a very special Italian food, we held a karaoke party . Some time before the party, we listened to the songs afterwards, and the teachers and classmates sang songs for us. Everyone was immersed in the beautiful night and looked forward to tomorrow.
