今天是个充满活力的一天，也是整个行程里唯一的自由日，主题是准备课堂最后的报告。在休息的时间里，我继续欣赏了巴黎这所著名的时尚和文化之都。

巴黎被广泛认为是购物者天堂。这里聚集了世界上许多珍贵的艺术品，世界上最早的百货店也诞生于巴黎。同时，世界上最有名的服装设计师都在法国设有门市，名牌时装、香水等奢侈品极受欢迎。对于奢侈品，很多人享受其高品质的质量、尊贵的使用体验，但是其最终目的应该是为人带来高端的艺术审美。从原材料的挑选、制作工艺、包装到品牌宣传，奢侈品在打造的过程中慢慢渗透艺术精神，使每一件奢侈品呈现出如艺术品一般珍贵。

制造奢侈品需要浪漫和艺术精神，巴黎也是世界公认的浪漫之都。浪漫之都里充满了浪漫式的建筑，每座建筑里散发的文化气息让人流连忘返。沿途我参观了巴黎圣母院和蓬皮杜艺术馆。

巴黎圣母院的同名小说、法国文学家维克多·雨果创作的作品被世人传颂。这座建筑是一座宏伟的哥特式建筑，它的尖顶和华丽的玫瑰花窗让我惊叹不已。在这座古老的教堂内部，我感受到了宁静和庄严，仿佛穿越时空，回到了中世纪的法国。

而蓬皮杜艺术馆则展示了现代和当代艺术的精品。我欣赏到了许多著名艺术家的作品，每一件作品都展现出独特的创造力和思想深度。在这个充满艺术氛围的空间里，我感受到了法国艺术的独特魅力。

法国人非常重视家庭和社交，他们喜欢与亲朋好友一起度过宴会和聚会。在巴黎的街头巷尾，我看到了人们聚集在露天咖啡馆里，享受阳光和美食的时光。巴黎的街头艺人也给这座城市增添了独特的氛围，他们用音乐、绘画和表演向游客展示着法国的艺术与文化。塞纳河穿过城市，将巴黎一分为二。河畔的塞纳河畔步行街是个非常受欢迎的地方，人们可以在这里漫步，欣赏河岸两侧的建筑和风景。塞纳河上的桥梁和岛屿都散发着浓厚的历史气息，使巴黎成为浪漫而迷人的城市。

晚上，我选择在巴黎的一家兰州拉面店用餐，尝试了许久未见的中国美食。这家餐厅的装修简洁而舒适，让我感受到了家的温暖。吃着热腾腾的拉面，我回味起今天的行程，想起来时对这趟旅程的期待和现在的思乡之情，感慨时光飞逝。

Today was a vibrant day and the only free day of the entire itinerary, with the theme of preparing for the final lecture in class. During my break, I continued to appreciate Paris, the famous city of fashion and culture.

Paris was widely regarded as a paradise for shoppers. This place gathers many precious artworks from around the world, and the earliest department stores in the world were also born in Paris. At the same time, the most famous fashion designers in the world have stores in France, and luxury goods such as famous brand fashion and perfume are very popular. For luxury goods, many people enjoy their high-quality and luxurious usage experience, but their ultimate goal should be to bring high-end artistic aesthetics to people. From the selection of raw materials, production techniques, packaging, to brand promotion, luxury goods gradually permeate the artistic spirit in the process of creation, making every luxury item appear as precious as an artwork.

Creating luxury goods requires romance and artistic spirit, and Paris is also recognized as the romantic capital of the world. The Romantic City is filled with romantic architecture, and the cultural atmosphere emanating from each building makes people linger and forget to leave. Along the way, I visited "Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris" and "Le Centre national d'art et de culture Georges-Pompidou".

The novel of the same name by "Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris" and the works created by Victor Hugo, a French writer, have been praised by the world. This building is a magnificent Gothic architecture, whose spires and gorgeous rose windows make me marvel. Inside this ancient church, I felt tranquility and solemnity, as if traveling through time and space, returning to medieval France.

"Le Centre national d'art et de culture Georges-Pompidou" showcased the finest works of modern and contemporary art. I had appreciated the works of many famous artists, each showcasing unique creativity and depth of thought. In this space full of artistic atmosphere, I felt the unique charm of French art.

The French value family and social gatherings, often indulging in feasts and get-togethers with loved ones. In the streets and corners of Paris, I observed people gathering in outdoor cafes, enjoying the sunshine and culinary delights. Street performers added a unique atmosphere to the city, showcasing French art and culture through music, painting, and performance.The geographical beauty of Paris also left a lasting impression. The River Seine gracefully flows through the city, dividing Paris into two parts. The pedestrianized Seine Riverbanks are a popular spot, where one can leisurely stroll while admiring the architecture and scenery on either side. Bridges and islands along the Seine exude a rich historical aura, making Paris a romantic and enchanting city.

In the evening, I chose to eat in a Lanzhou Lamian Noodles restaurant in Paris and tried Chinese food that I had not seen for a long time. The decoration of this restaurant was simple and comfortable, making me feel the warmth of home. Eating the noodles, I thought about today's trip, which I expected it and now I felt homesick. The time has passed quickly.
