报告内容:Pax-6 is a transcription factor that plays a key role in brain and eye development. Mutation of this gene causes lethality or severe defects in brain and eye development. Four different isoforms of Pax-6 have been identified in vertebrates. In this lecture, I will discuss the modulation of Pax-6 functions by dephophorylation and sumoylation.
