根据教育部《普通高等学校学生管理规定》（中华人民共和国教育部令第41号）第三十条及《华中科技大学研究生学籍管理实施细则》（校研【2022】3号）第十条、第三十六条、第三十七条和第三十八条有关规定，我院对在最长学习年限内未完成学业的研究生发送了《超最长学习年限拟退学处理告知书》，部分研究生在规定时间内未回复也未主动办理退学手续，现拟对该部分研究生进行退学处理。
特此公示，公示期为：2024年11月13日-2024年11月23日。
如有异议，可在公示期内，以书面形式向学院提出申诉，邮箱地址见《超最长学习年限拟退学处理告知书》。
公示结束后，视为《超最长学习年限拟退学处理告知书》已送达，逾期未提出申诉视为无异议。

Announcement on the Proposed Withdrawal of Graduate Students Exceeding the Maximum Number of Years of Study
According to Article 30 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in General Colleges and Universities of Higher Education (Decree No. 41 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China) and Articles 10, 36, 37 and 38 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Management of Graduate Students' Academic Records of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (School Research [2022] No. 3), the School sends out the "Notice of withdrawal treatment for the postgraduates exceeding the maximum number of years of study" to those postgraduates who have not completed their study within the maximum number of years of study. The College has sent the "Letter of Notification for Withdrawal" to the graduate students who have not completed their studies within the maximum study period, and some of the graduate students have not replied within the specified time or taken the initiative to go through the withdrawal procedures.
The public notice is hereby issued for the period of November 13th, 2024 -- November 23th, 2024.
Any objections may be submitted in writing to the College within publicity period. The contact email address can be found in the Letter of "Letter of Notification for Withdrawal".
After the end of the public notice, it is deemed that the Notice of Treatment of Proposed Withdrawal in Excess of the Maximum Study Period has been served, and no objection is deemed to have been made if no appeal is filed after the expiration of this period.
