摘要:

化学交联质谱是通过化学交联剂将蛋白质复合物之间或蛋白质分子内近距离的氨基酸残基以共价键的方式连接在一起。通过蛋白酶解,用质谱鉴定交联位点,从而演绎蛋白质复合物中分子之间的相对空间位置,分子内的折叠及构象变化。这一讲座将通过实例,展示交联质谱技术的实际应用以及新的发展趋势。
