实验室主要通过细胞生物学、分子生物学结合小鼠疾病模型，研究自身免疫疾病（多发性硬化症、炎症性肠病、类风湿关节炎等）发生发展的分子机制，为疾病的治疗提供靶点和线索；研究探索新的肿瘤免疫治疗靶点，为肿瘤（肺癌、结直肠癌等）的治疗提供线索。
